Who do you live with?
My foster parents, several foster dog siblings, and cats. My foster mom and dog sisters are my favorites, probably because my mom is home with me more and has spent lots of time trying to help me feel comfortable and safe. My foster sisters play with me for hours every day and I just love it!! I get so excited when my foster dad comes and I jump all over him.

I sleep in my crate.
DO YOU LIKE WALKING ON A LEASH?
Yes, but I get super excited if I see other dogs. I am working on socializing and going out to more places.
DO YOU HAVE ANY “NOT SO GREAT” HABITS THAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
I am doing a lot better now, but I used to get very anxious about being closed inside my crate. So that is something that you and I can work on together when I come to your house, okay? I also need some space when it comes to my food and my stuff. Please keep other dogs away from my toys, my food, and my crate until I am comfortable enough that I can be sure my stuff will not get taken away from me.
ARE YOU HOUSE TRAINED (DO YOU GO POTTY OUTSIDE)?
Yes! I learned how to use the dog door almost immediately.
DO YOU LIKE WATER?
I love my doggy pool and go in it every day! I definitely do not love baths, though.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR FOSTER FAMILY?
I love how much my foster siblings play with me and how patient my foster parents have been. They really showed me what it feels like to be safe and loved, even when I was scared and required extra work.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOUR FUTURE ADOPTER?
I am really excited to meet you! I think we will have a lot of fun together, with playtime and cuddles and some other adventures. I hope you feel the same way! Will you take me home with you?

What do you look like?
I am the cutest one-eyed fawn-colored Frenchie you will ever see. I am a stocky little dude with big ears and a personality to match!
WHat do you like to eat?
I love my salmon food! My favorite treat is frozen pumpkin puree with blueberries. Strawberries and any dog treats are good too. Okay, so if I am being honest, I will eat whatever you offer!
What kind of personality Do you have?
I am very sweet and happy, with a bit of anxiousness at times. I follow foster mom around everywhere and get a little stressed when she leaves me in a different room. But I am very playful with my canine foster siblings, and I get so wiggly and excited when my humans come home!
Describe your perfect day
Lots of food and treats, some obedience training (I like to show off what I know and get treats), some wrestling with my foster siblings, followed by napping next to my foster parents.
What is your favorite Toy?
Oh that is an easy one… my favorite toy is the one someone else is playing with!
Do You Know any Tricks?
I can sit, and I am working on “stay” and my recall. I am good at “leave it” and “let’s go” to redirect my attention as needed. I also know “in” when it is time to go in my crate. I am a smart (and food-motivated) boy!
What Scares you?
I have been scared to be left alone, so I cry sometimes when my foster parents leave the room. As I have become more comfortable at my foster home, I have gotten braver about being in my crate, but I will probably be a bit nervous again in a new home. With your patience, time, and consistency (and treats!), I will become more confident.
Have you been around children?
No, I have not.
Do you like cats?
No, thank you! There are some cats in my foster home, and I bark at them and will chase them if they come close enough.
How do you feel about other DOGS?
I am a bit particular about my dog friends… I love my bossy foster sisters, but it took a long time for me to be okay with my submissive foster brothers. After a lot of very slow introductions, I can now play with all my foster siblings, but I still prefer dogs with a stronger personality. Please set me up for success with patience and slow, structured dog introductions.

HOw's your health?
I had a bad eye injury, so it was removed, and now I feel so much better! I am generally pretty healthy, though.
