Who do you live with?
I live with my foster mom and dad plus two foster fur sisters. I love them all, but I follow my foster mom around everywhere, and I idolize my foster fur sister, Stevie. She is the coolest!
WHERE DO YOU HANG OUT WHEN YOU ARE HOME ALONE?
In my crate.
WHERE DO you sleep?
I sleep in my crate, too… but once in a while I get to sleep in foster mom and dad’s bed and that is really nice.
DO YOU LIKE WALKING ON A LEASH?
Yes, I love it but I am still working on my leash manners. Once I get the hang of it, I will be a great adventure partner.
DO YOU HAVE ANY “NOT SO GREAT” HABITS THAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
I am still a puppy, a very active and curious one, so just typical puppy habits, like being jumpy and wanting to put things in my mouth. I also tend to piddle when I get excited, but I should grow out of that.
ARE YOU HOUSE TRAINED (DO YOU GO POTTY OUTSIDE)?
There is a doggie door in my foster home, so I am great about going outside whenever I need to. But when the doggie door is not accessible, I sometimes forget to let my foster parents know I need to go out. So, I might have some accidents in a new home... please be patient with me. I will figure it out!
DO YOU LIKE WATER?
I do not love bath time, but I tolerate it. And I have not tried swimming yet, so maybe we can figure that out together.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR FOSTER FAMILY?
I love that they welcomed me into their home and they spend a lot of time playing and cuddling with me. And I love that there are other dogs to hang out with!
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOUR FUTURE ADOPTER?
Just that I am excited to become part of a family that will include me in all sorts of activities and will love me unconditionally. Could you be the lucky one to bring me home?

What do you look like?
Oh, I am quite striking, if I do say so myself! I have a really pretty fawn and grey coat with a pattern that’s known as “dapple” or “merle.” I have white on my chest and a little bit of white on my nose with a thin blaze between my eyes. Speaking of eyes, mine are a beautiful blue-green.
WHat do you like to eat?
I eat my dry kibble for meals, and I really enjoy treats of all kinds… but my favorite might be ice!
What kind of personality Do you have?
I am a very happy pup; my tail is always wagging! I am very spunky, playful and curious about the world around me, but also sweet and snuggly when it is time to chill.
Describe your perfect day
I must start my day by going out to potty, immediately followed by breakfast - possibly the best part of the day! After that, I like to go outside again to sniff around and explore, then romp with my foster fur sisters. I love going on an adventure of some sort, whether it be a car ride (I’m great in the car) or a walk around the neighborhood. I also LOVE to sunbathe, so my name is very fitting! Then, naps, snuggles and more play time… rinse and repeat!
What is your favorite Toy?
I love all toys! Stuffies are fun when I want to play tug and rubber toys are great when I want to chew. I also like to play with a chuck-it ball after dinner.
Do You Know any Tricks?
I have mastered “sit,” and I could definitely learn more. My foster parents say I’m super smart!
What Scares you?
One time my foster mom was yelling about a football game on TV - something about an interception? I did not like that very much. But other than that, I am pretty fearless! I have not come across anything else that scares me just yet, not even the vacuum!
Have you been around children?
Yes! I have met kids of all ages and I really like them. I get very excited to meet them, so I can be a little jumpy at first, but I am working on that.
Do you like cats?
I don’t think so. I have seen a few from a distance and get pretty focused in on them. I would probably chase them if I had the chance.
How do you feel about other DOGS?
I just love my foster fur sisters, they are great to cuddle and play with. But I am still trying to figure out how to act in front of other dogs when out and about… I get a little too excited and cannot contain myself. I do want to have a doggie companion in my forever home, but slow introductions to a new friend or fur sibling would set us all up for success.
If you could be anywhere, where would it be?
I would be with a family who wants to take me out exploring! There is so much to see and sniff!
