Hi! My name is Silly!

I am a girl, with the prettiest freckled coat and blue eyes.
How old are you?
They think I am around two or three years old
What breed are you?
I might be part t-rex with my big head and tiny arms, but most likely I am a bully mix of some kind. You can’t tell from my photos but I’m a squatty little girl.
How much do you weigh?
I am a solid 54 pounds of fabulous!
Who do you live with?
I live with my foster mom and grandma, and there are several other foster dogs here too! I love cuddles with foster grandma, but my foster mom is my favorite person for sure because she feeds me, takes me on walks, shopping at Lowe’s, and keeps me safe.
WHERE DO YOU HANG OUT WHEN YOU ARE HOME ALONE?
I stay safe in my crate when it is time for naps or when foster mom goes out. Aren’t I such a good girl?
WHERE DO you sleep?
I have been sleeping in my kennel every night with no issue. But I definitely like to nap on the couch or the human’s bed when the opportunity arises.
DO YOU LIKE WALKING ON A LEASH?
I am a pro at walking on a leash! Sometimes I can pull a little bit, when I’m just excited to start my adventure!
DO YOU HAVE ANY “NOT SO GREAT” HABITS THAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
Me? Bad habits? No. Unless you count stealing your chair when you get up.
ARE YOU HOUSE TRAINED (DO YOU GO POTTY OUTSIDE)?
I am house trained! I am such a good girl waiting to get out of my kennel, and I always go straight outside for potty.
DO YOU LIKE WATER?
I like water and did pretty well getting a bath. I am not sure about swimming in it though, jury is out still.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR FOSTER FAMILY?
I love that I'm not in a stressful shelter anymore, and I know that I am safe. I have really gotten comfortable quickly! I am learning that life is pretty fun and I enjoy all the love and cuddles I get!
WHAT WAS YOUR LIFE LIKE BEFORE BEING BROUGHT INTO NORCAL BULLY BREED RESCUE?
I can’t remember a whole lot...I know that I was in a San Francisco shelter before NorCal Bully Breed Rescue saved me. I also know I had some puppies somewhat recently, but never again! Now it is time for me to enjoy the best that life has to offer. Maybe you can show me what that life looks like by taking me home with you forever?

What do you look like?
I have super soft white and tan fur, with baby blue eyes, and lots of wrinkles on my face! I also have what looks like freckles or spots on my ears.
WHat do you like to eat?
I love all kinds of fruit, especially apples and bananas. I even like carrots! But I am really just happy to eat whatever you give me, even kibble.
What kind of personality Do you have?
Well my name is Silly, so i definitely have a funny disposition. I can be a couch potato, but I am also down for a walk or some zoomies! I even like playing tug-o-war with my foster brother sometimes. I am so happy to just chill with you or do whatever you like.
Describe your perfect day
Wake up to a walk and breakfast, followed by a little play time and then a nap! I’m a simple girl with simple needs: eat, play, cuddle…repeat!
What is your favorite Toy?
I love stuffed animals and am also learning to play fetch. It is so much fun!
Do You Know any Tricks?
I know how to sit and stay, and I am willing to learn more. I love to please my humans and am very food motivated, so let’s learn some tricks!
What Scares you?
I am really low to the ground, so sometimes really big and tall people can be scary. I warm up fast though! I’m also learning that people approaching me and my foster mom aren’t scary or a threat, so I should get through this fear soon.
Have you been around children?
I haven't been around children, but I think I would be okay with some older kids.
Do you like cats?
I get a little too excited when I see cats on my walks, so no cats please
How do you feel about other DOGS?
I love other dogs! I’ve had several doggy foster brothers and sisters and we have a lot of fun!
If you could be anywhere, where would it be?
I am happiest when I am with my humans and other dogs. Especially going on walks and sniff adventures!
