Who do you live with?
I live with two adults, a 6-year-old child, and two other Bulldogs. I love all of them equally, getting my food and cuddles from the adult humans, playtime with the other dogs, and belly rubs and hugs from the little human.
WHERE DO YOU HANG OUT WHEN YOU ARE HOME ALONE?
I relax in my crate, where I feel safe and comfortable. My crate is my happy place!
WHERE DO you sleep?
I am happy sleeping in my crate, or if I find a cozy spot in the house and settle in for a snooze.
DO YOU LIKE WALKING ON A LEASH?
I am still working on my leash skills, but I love being outside and exploring. I am learning and would benefit from a patient family who will continue helping me build confidence.
DO YOU HAVE ANY “NOT SO GREAT” HABITS THAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
I am one of the easiest Bulldogs you could ask for! My only little quirk is that I get a little “bossy” about getting the day started and, if I hear that my humans are awake, I may give a bark or two to let them know I am ready for my morning attention and a few pets. Let’s do this!
ARE YOU HOUSE TRAINED (DO YOU GO POTTY OUTSIDE)?
Yes! I am fully house trained and crate trained.
DO YOU LIKE WATER?
I do just fine with baths! I enjoy being pampered and getting a little extra love. But if we are talking about swimming, I will take a pass. Bulldogs are not really built for water sports, thanks!
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR FOSTER FAMILY?
I love spending time with my two foster dog brothers and my human foster sibling! I enjoy having the freedom to explore at my own pace, sunbathing in the sunshine, enjoying my daily treats, and getting those wonderful back rubs. Most of all, I love being surrounded by people and furry friends who make me feel safe and loved. I am learning that life can be full of love, comfort, and little joys!
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOUR FUTURE ADOPTER?
I look forward to meeting you! I will be your best friend and perfect companion. Will you please take me home with you and love me forever?
WHAT IS YOUR ADOPTION FEE?
$1,250 (spay surgery, current vaccines, microchip, monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention)
What do you look like?
I have a beautiful brindle and white coat, floppy ears with polka dots on them, a wrinkly bulldog face, and a fabulous little underbite. I might be slightly biased, but I think I am pretty darn perfect!
WHat do you like to eat?
I am all about the soft foods due to my teeth being worn down over the years. But I LOVE when foster mom gives me watermelon and lots of soft tasty treats!
What kind of personality Do you have?
I am laid-back, kind-hearted, and easygoing. I love a good back rub, being around people, and spending time with my dog foster brothers. I am just a sweet, easygoing girl who enjoys the simple things in life.
Describe your perfect day
I love greeting my people first thing in the morning and doing my little bunny hop to show how excited I am to see them! I love sunbathing in the backyard, spending time with my dog foster siblings, and lounging around the house napping most of the day.
What is your favorite Toy?
I do not really have a favorite toy, but I sure do love my snacks and healthy treats!
Do You Know any Tricks?
I may not know any tricks yet, but I am always happy to accept a good head scratch or a relaxing back rub!
What Scares you?
Loud noises can make me a little nervous, but I just retreat to my crate, where I feel safe and comfortable, and relax.
Have you been around children?
Yes! I love children. I am gentle, kind, and respectful. I currently live with a 6-year-old in my foster home.
Do you like cats?
I have not been around cats yet.
How do you feel about other DOGS?
I love other dogs! I really enjoy having canine companions around and would do best in a home where I have another friendly dog to keep me company.
If you could be anywhere, where would it be?
Outside in the sunshine! Sunbathing is one of my favorite things, followed by playing with canine companions or cuddling with a human.
HOw's your health?
Overall, I am a healthy girl. Because I spent much of my life confined to a crate, my teeth show noticeable wear from chewing and prolonged confinement. But that just means I do better with soft foods, so it is an easy workaround.
