WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO EAT?
I’m not picky, I’ll eat what you give me but foster mom only gives me dog appropriate food and treats. I love treats
WHAT KIND OF PERSONALITY DO YOU HAVE?
I’m a chill dude that just likes to be by my people though every once in a while I get what the hoomans call zoomies and it makes my foster mom laugh.
DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT DAY
My perfect day starts with a nice stretch in the yard, enjoying the sun and fresh air and my breakfast.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TOY?
Foster mom has a big toy box full of toys. I like to pull out the nylabones and chew on them but I also like to tear apart stuffies and get the squeaker.
DO YOU KNOW ANY TRICKS?
I know how to sit and shake!
WHAT SCARES YOU?
Strangers are a little scary to me but once I get to know you, I’m your best friend.
HAVE YOU BEEN AROUND CHILDREN?
I haven’t been around kids since I’ve been with the rescue but because I can get over excited and jump up sometimes, an adult home would be best for me.
DO YOU LIKE CATS?
No cats for me!
HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT OTHER DOGS?
They make me nervous. I need to be the only dog in the home.
IF YOU COULD BE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, WHERE WOULD IT BE?
Right next to my person.
HOW IS YOUR HEALTH?
It’s great!
WHO DO YOU LIVE WITH IN YOUR FOSTER HOME AND WHO IS YOUR CLOSEST
I live with foster mom and we are best buds.
WHERE DO YOU HANG OUT WHEN YOU ARE HOME ALONE?
In my crate. I LOVE my crate. Foster mom always gives me a yummy treat when I go in my crate and my nice fluffy pillow and a couple of my toys are in there too. I go running into my crate whenever it’s time for bed.
WHERE DO YOU SLEEP?
In my crate.
DO YOU LIKE WALKING ON A LEASH?
Yes, but because of my reactivity around other dogs, I prefer to stay home. I can be easily entertained in the yard and I’m pretty mellow so I don’t NEED to go on walks.
DO YOU HAVE ANY “NOT SO GREAT” HABITS THAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
Foster mom says my biggest bad habit is I like to nibble and jump when I get excited. I stop when she tells me to though! Foster mom says I would do best in an adult only home because I don’t know my own strength.
ARE YOU HOUSE TRAINED (DO YOU GO POTTY OUTSIDE)?
Yes! I’m a well behaved boy and always hold it until I go outside.
DO YOU LIKE WATER?
Not really. I don’t really care for the little kiddie pool that foster mom has for us doggies to cool off and I don’t really like it when foster mom gets the hose out but she has not taken me for a real swim so who knows, maybe I would like it!
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR FOSTER FAMILY?
That she gives me a safe, warm, fun place to stay until you come adopt me.
WHAT WAS YOUR LIFE LIKE BEFORE BEING BROUGHT INTO NORCAL BULLY BREED RESCUE?
I don’t really remember too much. One day I found myself at this place they call the Front Street Shelter. They kept me in the back away from all the people, even on free adoption day. But there was this one volunteer lady who took me on walks and played with me but most importantly she spoke up before something awful happened to me. She networked me and found me a foster home to stay safe until I find my forever home. Thank you Laila! ❤
